What we collect when you ask for a quote, how we use it, and your choices, including text messages.
Who we are
WeMountYourTV LLC ("we", "us"), a licensed and insured Nevada LLC, is an owner-run TV mounting business in Henderson, NV. This policy covers this website and the messages we send about your quote and appointment.
What we collect
- Details you give us by text, email, or our quote form: your name, phone number, email, job address, preferred dates, details about your job (TV size, wall type, mount and extras), and any photos you send us.
- Basic visit information: the page you arrived on, the referring site, and campaign tags (such as utm_source or gclid), stored in your browser so we know how you found us.
- Visit statistics: we use Jetpack Stats, a WordPress tool from Automattic, to count visits and see which pages people view. Our site also runs through Cloudflare, which protects it and keeps standard server logs. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we'll list them here.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone starts a quote, taps to call, or taps to text. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location, and how you reached our site. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't use it for advertising. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, contact you about it, schedule and complete the job, answer questions, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
- When you text us, or tick the text box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from WeMountYourTV about your job. These include your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, arrival updates, and one request for a review after the job. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote or booking.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also email us at wemountyourtv@gmail.com.
- We do not share or sell your phone number or text message opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work: our website host, Cloudflare, Jetpack (Automattic), and Google (for our email and website analytics). Our payment processors are Stripe (cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, and Link), Klarna and Affirm if you choose to pay over time, Cash App Pay (Block) and Amazon Pay, which receive the information needed to process your payment. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Photos
Photos you send us are used to quote and plan your install. Photos you add on our quote form are used only to prepare your quote and install.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and job records as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions, and tax and business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Email wemountyourtv@gmail.com or text (702) 530-5013.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
